Lau goes to Finland: MaEero and Halloween

First of all: I don't care about Halloween. But for the most Exchange-Students were it something like a bad excuse to drink a lot or just to have a good party.

Men will understand this meme :)

Anyways, our finnish tutors organized a small Halloween-Party for us. As you already know, the Finns normally start their pre-parties very early in the afternoon. So my plan for the day was being in the university until 15.00 o'clock, eating,taking a shower, get dressed up

16:00 : Pre-pre-Halloween Party @Mari's Place :)
18:00 : Pre-Halloween Party with the rest of the finnish tutors
22:00 : Halloween Party in Onnella in Rovaniemi
04:00 : Sleep until
07:00 : Wake up
08:15 : JAVA-Programming Lesson.

This was atleast the theoretical plan.
So let's start with the first pre-pre party at mari's place.

Let me introduce you "MaEero" ( Mari + Eero )

Mari :)

Mari is one of the finnish tutors for us Exchange Students. She takes care of Benjamin and Christophe, to link the connection :). Since almost a month, she moved together with her boyfriend Eero from Tampere.

It is normally hard to catch a picture of Eero, because he is always on the run to get pictures :)

Eero is very sportive with being a refugee, playing hockey and volleyball.
So it was clear for us to integrate him when we wanted to do a Men's Evening and watching the James Bond Movie(See my last post);

But coming back to MaEeros Pre pre halloween party. This is a snapshot of me and Hemilia :)

As I mentioned before, I didn't care too much about halloween, that s the reason why I only had a bad Meme on my tshirt saying: " this willl be my memories of Halloween .... Black...Black...Black...True Story ", and "Take a Smile" :)

Mari was first not convinced of her beauty-skills setting up the right makeup, so it was Hemilia's turn to improve it :) Atleast this was the plan...

After drinking and eating for almost 2 hours, we went to the next pre party :) The finnish tutors rent a small cottage for us, so let's hope that there will be lots of party and fun :)

As you know, that there might be some reindeers on the streets around Rovaniemi. And some of them get hitten by cars and show, of which material the finnish reindeers are made of :)

It was a very nice party :) Unfortunately we were only three exchange students, who took part in it. All the others found some really really bad excues, but thats there business and not mine :)

Maybe she should take part in the "Movember" competition, which takes place in Finnland, where every finnish guy has to grow himself a mustache :)
